Returns & Refunds

To return an order, you have 7 days after the order is delivered
within 7 days; you can click the return button on the order
to initiate the return of your parcel. To return an order,
follow the steps given below:
1. To return an order, go to 'Orders'
and select the order you want to return from the 'Delivered' orders.
2. After selecting the order, the 'Return' button will appear on that order; click it.
3. Now, the return reasons will be displayed; click on the issue related to your order.

    You will receive a message on WhatsApp within 24 hours from our team.

      Order Exchange/Replacement Policy

You cannot exchange or replace orders through the Al-fashion.
You can only return orders, the
refund amount is sent to your account.
